Tauern Motorway (A10): Exit Bischofshofen - Schwarzach/St. Veit - Zell am See - Maishofen - Saalbach Hinterglemm

Munich Motorway (no motorway toll):
Motorway exit Siegsdorf - Lofer - Saalfelden - Maishofen - Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Train:
Zell am See or Saalfelden train stations. Onward journey by bus or taxi directly to Saalbach Hinterglemm. In Hinterglemm head under the bypass tunnel (Hinterglemm West) and 200 metres straight ahead, on the right is the Forellenhof.
